This private sale advert on trademe gave me a little smile. I’ve nothing against someone wanting to try and sell their own home themselves, but a touch of proof reading may have been helpful. Admittedly, the spelling mistake caught my eye and made me view the property, maybe that isn’t such a bad thing?
Note to self, use baddah spelling and grammar to lift web hits of properties being advertised…..
I also note that this house is fully fenced. I wonder if this fencing also extends to the section?
And being close to shoups has got to help, right?
