“How much are houses selling over or under GV for?”
Though I don’t personally value these types of comparisons because of the issue I have with using the Rating Value as a guide for market value (read my article on the subject here), it is one of the most common questions I get asked as a practitioner in the Real Estate industry. So for the purposes of general enlightenment, I have taken all of last months sales as recorded by REINZ that also have a GV showing and summarized them. The results are a rank generalization and in some cases are subject to huge margins of error. I leave you to make a judgement on the results for yourselves
